John Deere
In construction, yellow became a universal language. With every brand adopting the same color, machines blended together and brands lost their ability to stand out. We saw an opportunity to turn this industry standard into an exclusive brand asset. More than just a color, yellow could become John Deere’s unmistakable visual signature, redefining its meaning in construction. To bring this idea to life, we created an integrated campaign combining a launch film, digital activations, and three major brand experiences. Yellow Hoardings: We transformed construction site hoardings into massive yellow canvases, turning real locations with John Deere machinery into powerful brand touchpoints. Yellow Mission: A web series across Brazil and Argentina brought John Deere machines to life through real-world test drives, showcasing their capabilities on active construction sites. Yellow Cup: In the year of the World Cup, we created a competition challenging machine operators from across Brazil. The winning team earned a trip to Mexico to watch a 2026 FIFA World Cup match live. More than a campaign, we turned yellow into an experience, bringing John Deere’s identity to the streets, construction sites, and the people who build the industry.
